This year, we chose to sponsor a Tree of Hope which in turn benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Instead of just purchasing ornaments we chose to devote our tree to those who have been affected by cancer. We, in turn, asked the staff to provide us with a picture of someone in their life (friend, family or client), who has been affected by cancer. Our decorating committee took those pictures and made them into personalized ornaments. In the center of the tree we placed the following inscription: Dedicated to the friends, family and colleagues of our firm who have been affected by cancers of all kind.
Abbott, Stringham & Lynch offers services which contributes to the financial well-being of our clients. Our managing partner, Ray Scheaffer, wanted everyone on our staff to have the opportunity to volunteer in taking part in the decorating of our tree. We asked the firm if there were any volunteers and we received 11 in total.
