San Jose Woman's Club Tree #427

The San Jose Woman's Club is one of the oldest non profit organizations in San Jose. Dedicated to supporting San Jose's civic, cultural and educational organizations through fundraising and sharing its landmark Clubhouse at 75 South 11th Street, it also provides opportunities for men and women to make new friends, learn new skills and share social past times.

Club members decorated the tree - all that was required was an interest in decorating and holiday spirit! We made ornaments that reflect the club's history and activities and events. Most were handmade by members.

This is our first year. Our group has walks twice a month and last year we walked past all the trees downtown and thought it would be fun for us to participate this year.
