Pioneer High School National Art Honor Society Tree #700

Pioneer High School's National Art Honors Society did a magnificent job in decorating the tree this year. Members of this club share a love of art and gave up much of their free time to help accomplish the making of this tree. Pioneer's Art Club participates in Christmas in the Park every year in the hopes of sharing the joy of art with everyone.

Due to a love of the Beatles, Pioneer High School's National Art Honors Society decided to dedicate the theme of their tree to them. All decorations were handmade and made to represent some of the Beatle's most famous songs. For instance, "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" is represented by the tree topper. Songs such as "Strawberry Fields" and "Yellow Submarine" were likewise represented. The centerpiece, the four Beatle cutouts were a replica of the famous album cover, Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.
